Shaimaa Semary is EBank Human Capital Director with over 19 years of experience in the field of Human Capital. She is a certified instructor from different international training bodies. She gained the certificate as Board Member in 2019. She is also a board member at Export Credit Guarantee of Egypt Company (EGE).
As the HC Director of EBank, Shaimaa has successfully developed full fledge Human Capital sector & implemented multinational standards in Performance Management system, Compensation & Benefits system and Talent Management. She developed the HC strategy that is aligned with the Bank’s Strategy, Vision, Mission and values resulting an improved efficiency cost savings, and has fostered a positive workplace culture.
Throughout her career, she has a proven track record of success in working with multinational organizations. She held the position of Head of Training and Development at “Allianz Insurance Company” since 2012 until 2018. She worked at “Logic Training and HR Development Company” where she held several positions; Head of Research & Development, Head of Operations, Learning and Development Manager since 2005 until 2011.
At the beginning of her career, she was an entrepreneur who started her own business in Fashion Designs since 2001 until 2005.
Shaimaa holds a bachelor’s degree of Commerce – English section – Cairo University. She is a certified Behavioural Analyst from Huthwaite International, a certified Assessor from Riverwaves Ltd; she was awarded The Corporate Directors Certification Program (CDCP) from the Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIOD).
She is a Member in HR Committee of The Federation of Egyptian banking, and she is one of the Members in the Executive Committee at EBank.
Shaimaa has received numerous awards for her contributions to the Human Capital industry; Egyptian Woman Award 2022 from the Egyptian Woman Forum, leadership Award from Ebank, Star Trainer Award from Logic Training and HR Development Company.
