A member of the Board of Directors, representing National Bank of Egypt, the Regional Chief Representative of Union De Banques Arabes Et Francaises-UBAF, and a Board Member of Corporate Leasing Company, “Corplease”, Hassounsa has 33 years of experience in different international and Local Institutions.
He holds a master’s in business administration from the Maastrich School of Management – Netherlands. In addition to a B.A from the Faculty of Commerce- Ain Shams University as well as other specialized certificates, he participated in different training courses and seminars in economics, corporate lending, and treasury.
Hassouna partook in the preliminary studies for the establishment of Misr Bank- Europe, a subsidiary of MiBank, and represented UBAF as the founder of Corplease.
Occupying several posts among different divisions at Chase National Bank, currently the Commercial International Bank, MiBank, currently QNB, and Credit Lyonnais Bank, he is also an instructor for Banking and Finance postgraduate course at the American University of Cairo and a member of the American Chamber of Commerce French Egyptian Business Council.
